Trump loves Dabo.

Saban is a democrat, and him and Saban are very close friends. Just like many guys on Clemson's staff aren't trump supporters

I'm not sure some of the people on here understand how or why you'd be polite to somebody even if you disagree with them politically or personally. If Dabo is a conservative guy who's polite to the president, then he must "love" him. I personally can't see how somebody who talks as much about character can personally "love" Trump, no matter how conservative they might be, and I don't see Dabo as being so political that he'd like Trump just for trolling the libs. Then again, I really don't know.

By the way, if going to the White House and being polite is going to be increasingly interpreted as a sign of partisanship, then how do you think people will respond to it in the future?

Uh oh..Here goes Jack getting political...Look out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of these days, sooner rather than later I hope...The stupid people of this nation will realize that both political parties of this nation serve the same masters...And until those masters are exposed and destroyed, nothing, and I mean literally nothing, will change...Meet the new boss, same as the old boss....I know that the hypnotized never lies.......Do ya????

I’d be willing to bet my life’s savings that Dabo voted for Trump.

And trust me. Dabo is a lot more like Trump than Saban. Good grief. I couldn’t think of 2 people that are more opposite.

You can say how much you'd bet all you want , but the reality is you can't because we will never know the answer.
I just don't see Dabo being the kind of guy who brags about grabbing women by their genitals or calling women horseface or calling for the death penalty of 5 African Americans kids with DNA evidence proving their innocence. I could go on, but Trump and Dabo couldn't be more opposite

The answer is to not idolize politicians, not to become cynical in general and to indulge in conspiracy theories.

Anyway, I'm glad that Dabo is a gentleman, and I think some of the people in this thread (both referenced in the thread and posting in thread- myself included) could learn from him.

Hopefully he learns a few things from Dabo...talk about polar opposites when it comes to how they perform in front of a camera (and thats coming from a conservative).

As I say to my friends on both sides of the aisle, god bless any individual who's willing to be president in the media age we live in. Trump doesnt do anything to help himself (granted he could rid Africa of poverty and he'd still be vilified) but JFK would have been impeached 2x over in todays political/#metoo climate.

Props to our program for not thinking twice about visiting and showing that we're mature enough to put our differences aside for at least one day a year.

You are probably right. Dabo loves people who are vindictive, conceited, cheated on all three wives, lies constantly, cheats in business, mean spirited, never goes to church, brags on himself and uses a fake tan and a comb over. Did I miss anything?

i'm out with this one at the mean spirited. I voted for a leader, not a feel good spiritual advisor.

Wait. You criticize W for "accomplishing nothing" but then credit Trump for "attempting to accomplish" his promises. Well "attempting to accomplish" is the same thing W did but failed so why does Trump get credit for it when W doesn't?

I give Trump credit for cutting the corporate tax to 21% and two SCOTUS appointees. Also for killing CAFE rule and the Paris Accord. Also for killing the clean power plan (AKA Natural Gas Plan)

I could definitely see them being great friends. They are very similar in a lot of respects. Men of great conviction that believe in doing what they think is right even if it is unpopular.
There are very few similarities between Dabo and Trump. Dabo is about as good a human being as I've ever seen, has a great deal of integrity, a great leader that inspires others and promotes loyalty throughout the organization, and is up front and honest with people that he deals with. Trump is nothing like Dabo and it is an absolute insult to Dabo for anyone to compare the two.

Cool, man. I'm not talking about whether you like the man's policies or not. Heck, I like most them. But even if you like his policies, you should be able to admit that he's a pretty disgusting, weird person. It's a lot more than just having a "big mouth."

It sort of makes me sad how many self-described conservatives are so slavish about Trump.

Dear Lord. You're a selfish POGDS. Seriously? You're doing this?

Trump loves Dabo and Dabo loves Trump.

I don't understand all the moral outrage about Trump's character.

If you voted for Hillary, you got no business complaining about Trump.

And I didn’t vote for Hillary, but at least she pretends to be decent. How does anybody not understand the problems with Trump’s character? He’ll be personally responsible for ending the effectiveness of any challenges to a politician’s character in the future.

Put up someone decent with good, conservative, sensible policies and I will be the first in line. Until then, he is sadly the best alternative to socialism, welfare state and open borders.

Did you not think there were lots of those people in the primary?

Oh, my bad. He said "pathological liar" and "accomplished nothing" and neither of those apply to Obama so I assumed he must have been talking about W.

Sorry, but no rational debate can occur once you defend the worst President of our lifetime. You really think going back on "red lines", cutting a terrible nuclear deal with a ruthless regime and secretly sending over a billion in cash to that same regime that is openly developing nuclear bombs is a good leader? And, oh by the way, he sent that money to the very same tyrants that have threatened repeatedly to destroy our country at any cost. Please tell me you are not serious, Clark. And please promise you are not going to come back at me with the argument that big government is better that private enterprise.

Certainly not Mrs. self profit first Hillary "Benghazi" Clinton. There were definitely better choices on the Republican and Democratic sides.

I really didn’t pay attention to the Dem side. It seemed to me that Bernie was too extreme.

Trump has accomplished more of his campaign platform than any president in modern history at minimum.
