Totally cool to disagree with the "value" of the first 100 days, I too wonder how relevent it really is.
But let's not try to paint this as being a subjective to a party, this has been an informal "evaluation" since FDR with every president.
The only real relevance is that in truth, a new administration only has about a year to a year and a half before they are basically lame duck due to impending elections. The story of the Second Trump White House will be largely written in the next few months.

The people who did well on election day, like Rasmussen, are telling a much different story than the people who did very poorly on election day.
