UK might suspend covid vax?

They decided that there was more risk to people 50 and under taking the vaccine than the benefit a person receives from getting the vaccine. The determine that the immunity from getting the virus was better than the vaccine.

We are talking about 12 cases of adverse events. 12....
And they aren't even sure they're vaccine related. So they paused the recommendation while they investigate further.

You mean the ones that told us it would stop the spread and keep you from getting covid? the ones who said you had to mask, then you did not need to mask, then you had to mask again? The ones whos said six feet separation was sufficient to to stop the spread? Are those the experts we should listen to that just change the facts and the science at will?
Everything I said was an absolute fact. When the vax came out, we were told it would keep you from getting covid and were even given % protection (as high as 94% protection if I remember correctly). Fauci also flip flopped on masks, as has been well documented. 6 ft separation was used as a "safe" distance. There were even charts/illustrations showing how far the virus traveled if someone coughed/sneezed/etc showing 6' was safe.
Where is the BS? It all happened.
I don't find it insignificant that we were told if you get the vax it reduced your chances of getting covid by 90+%. That seems like a pretty important factor to have been wrong on. How exactly does science go from proving that fact to it not being true? I'll hang up and listen.
If Trump won you would have understood it perfectly. Now for the 100th time, the vaccine was formulated to attack the original Wuhan variant, which it was tested against. The Delta variant turned everything known to that point upside down. But you seem to think that scientists should know EVERYTHING there is to know about a NEW virus before they have the data to know what's coming. They were giving the best advice they could at the time based on what they knew about previous viral illnesses. As they learned more their recommendations changed yet you ridiculously want to hold them to what they said BEFORE they learned more. That's not how science works - especially with a virus they've never seen before. I can't believe you don't understand this but as a Rightie, you feel compelled to cast aspersions on the medical community since they were responsible for Trump's loss in your conspiratorial opinion.
A couple of things. I don't expect scientist should know everything ahead of time. As a matter of fact, that is my problem with what we called science now. I know for a fact were are told things are science when it is impossible to actual know what is being stated as fact is actually just a best guess due to limited info. I am perfectly ok, and actually prefer you to tell me we are not sure, but this is our best guess. That is a perfectly reasonable, not to mention honest, position. What we have been told on numerous occasions is that these are the facts/science prematurely before it is even possible to know.
Second, I don't believe, or have ever said I blamed the medical community for Trumps loss. Trump is/was solely 100% responsible for his loss and I have said this numerous times. All he had to do was keep his mouth shut and pretend to be nice like every other potus before him in recent history, and he would have easily won the last election. Just another example of you completely making crap up - though we all should be used to that now.
your reading comprehension isn't the problem of epidemiologists. they had too much work during COVID to worry about you being able to decipher the reports.
