I don’t think it was staged but I don’t believe he was hit in the ear with a bullet. Likely shrapnel and I don’t think his ego can take the public acknowledging he wasn’t actually shot.

Regardless someone still tried to kill him. I talked to SS agents in the lead up to the 2016 election and they already had serious concerns about assassination attempts.

And double regardless, **** that guy anyway.
