USA asks Denmark for eggs

I haven't seen that story online, but if true, i think the admin going outside the box to look for solutions is great.
No harm in asking when we have been net givers to the entire world for decades and decades.
Other countries are free to say no, as well as we're free to remember who told us no and remind those countries when it comes time to discuss other matters (and I would).
No reason to get all emo about it. Just business.

Pffttt, it's fine to treat our friends like shit if we want their territory but it's not ok for them not to give us their eggs!
It's ok. It really is. It's also OK for us not to give them stuff as well. If I have given you a bunch of stuff in the past and then when i ask you say no, that's your perogative just as it's mine to remember it.
Just business.
