I don't say 0% chance about much of anything, but no legitimate studies have shown a link, and there are much more obvious and real reasons why there has been an increase.

Why are you so sure that Vaccines are causing autism against all proof?

I don't have any idea if vaccines cause autism. I am refrencing our previous conversations where you have ruled out all possibilites of any connection. I stated that was stupid, but you were insistent that it is dumb to study any relationship because it's already been conlcuded that their is no relationship.

So, when presented with the evidence that RFK jr provided, I'm curious if you are STILL as adamant as you were before about not investigating the relationship. Not trying to gotcha, just seeing if you have changed at all.

Let me go one step further. Let's imagine, against all actual proof, that autism is caused by vaccines. What percentage would be acceptable to eliminate measles,polio, etc?

1%? 5%?

There is no medication that doesn't have side effects. We accept those risks because that small amount is worth it to eliminate/ mitigate the risk to the populous.

Why are vaccines so bad to you? Why not Tylenol? Tylenol kills people if used incorrectly or if people have a reaction.

These are great questions, the kind of questions that should be asked.

Stating, emphatically, that the relationship should not be studied because the "science" is already concluded, and in the face of new evidence, is silly to me. That is the only claim i have ever made. But there you go trying to paint me (and RFK) as anti-vaccine. That is just false and shows that you are trolling or not debating in good faith.

No. My opinion hasn't changed at all, and certainly not due to anything from RFK Jr.

There isn't new information. The stuff about the Amish has been thoroughly debunked.

You don't know my relationship with Autism, but it hit's close to home for me. I have plenty of education on the subject and likely just as much or more than you.

I don't want there to be a relationship at all. I just want the facts to come out. And i think it's silly to exclude vaccines as a cause until the actual cause is determined. That is the only position i have ever taken, no matter what else you try to pigeon hole me into.

I post things that i think are interesting and for discussion. Nothing i post is an endorsement unless i specifically state as much.

Since there is no known cause of autism, i find it interesting how certain people refuse to include it under the umbrella of possible causes. I find that interesting and so, yes, i will post things on the topic.

Correlation doesn't equal causation. That's the only proven link between autism and vaccines.

Very few things have only one specific cause, and other than Downs and some other specific chromosomal syndromes, most things have multiple possible causes.

I don't want to see people waste more effort trying to prove a correlation, at the risk and harm of a very important public health measure in vaccines.

Let's focus our energies on the treatment and therapies for Spectrum Disorder patients, and maybe stop with the disinformation campaign that has zero basis in provable fact.

My Grandmother died from pancreatic cancer. She was a Baptist Ministers wife. Therefore Baptist Ministers cause Cancer.
