Vaccines for children

This is logical.

The average doctor is willfully blind. Most have taken the vaccines themselves and promoted it to family and patients. Now it is psychologically impossible for them to come to a recognition that it was a disastrous mistake.

This is similar to the days when doctors were promoting cigarettes. They said smoking was safe. It has taken 40 years for doctors to recognize that they were gravely wrong.

Think if democrats had gotten the vaccine passports they wanted.

"I vaccinated all my children. Why? Because... I was an idiot... I even pushed vaccines in pregnant women, influenza and DTAP, and shame on me. Mea culpa. Mea culpa. Mea maxima culpa. I probably hurt a lot of mothers and fetuses, and, for that, I'm very sorry."

Dr. James Thorp (@jathorpmfm), a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who has 44 years of obstetrical experience and specializes in maternal-fetal medicine, describes during a recent discussion on HIS GLORY (@HISGLORYME) how he's woken up to the dangers of "vaccines." Offering a "mea maxima culpa" in this clip, Thorp says that he gave his own children "vaccines," along with his pregnant patients, because he "believed everything that the CDC and the FDA and [his] organizations shoved down [his] throat."

---------------Partial transcription of clip--------------

"I'm not an anti-vaxxer, okay? I'm a disabled veteran. I've had every vaccine that you could imagine and I vaccinated all my children. Why? Because I was a knucklehead. I was an idiot. And I believed everything that I learned in medical school and everything that the CDC and the FDA and my organizations shoved down my throat. And I was in that system.

"And it wasn't until the turn of the century that I started to wake up and question. And since then I even pushed vaccines in pregnant women, influenza and DTAP and shame on me. Mea culpa. Mea culpa. Mea maxima culpa I probably hurt a lot of mothers and fetuses and for that I'm very sorry. I haven't pushed any vaccines for the last at least 10 or 15 years because I had an awakening. I saw the corruption of the medical industrial complex, the FDA and the cdc. I looked personally at The New England Journal of Medicine and the editor in chief at the turn of the century, Martia Angell, who said they were corrupt and they were a corporate kleptocratic machine involved with the federal government and the pharmaceutical companies.

"Since then, I've done about a face. Don't ever take the vaccine in pregnancy. There are no randomized, double blinded, placebo controlled trials of any of the 80 or 90 vaccines on the FDA schedule. Not a one. If you don't believe me, read the book Turtles all the Way Down. Okay? Vaccines, Science and myths. There has not been one. This has been controlled by the pharmaceutical medical government complex. And by the way, the FDA and CDC have 50% or more of their income coming from vaccines and from vaccine royalties.

"So as of last year, the vast majority of Americans know that it's a sham. They don't believe their government. Now they're staying silent because it's taboo and they don't want to get in trouble. But the fact of the matter is the uptake of the COVID 19 vaccine boosters last year was a pathetic single digit, okay, some say 1%. And I can tell you I'm in practice in a huge Midwestern city right now, in a conservative area. I also live in Florida with my wife Maggie, around the Pensacola area. But up here, nobody's getting the vaccines. Nobody.

"And what this has done is it's opened up Pandora's box for the American people to now realize that it's not just the COVID-19 vaccine. That's a sham. You know, for people. For my patients that ask me, what about the vaccines in the first year of life, I'm saying, you know, don't ever take anything in a vaccine in pregnancy. Do not take the hepatitis B vaccine the first day of life for your baby. That's a complete joke.

"And you know, off the record, you know, I think each of these individual vaccines need to be looked at very carefully. What we do know, I would urge all of the viewers to look at Dr. Peter McCullough's YouTube video. They're actually letting him on YouTube video now. It's a 28 minute video summarizing the evidence of the vaccine and autism and these adverse neurological sequelae in children. And you know, I think that it's really important.

"Nowhere else in medicine doesn't doctor take 16 shots, you know, these vaccines that are piled up in one visit and give them all to all patients at the same time. And that's really what the pediatricians are doing. You know, I would never, you know, nor would Dr. McCullough take 16 drugs and say, here, you have to take this today. You know, one size doesn't fit all.

"What we do know is the later, the more you delay and the fewer you give, the lower are the risk of these severe neurological diseases. And by the way, also sudden infant death syndrome. 80 to 90% of sudden infant death syndrome occur within seven days after."

I was speaking with an actual doctor this weekend, not Mr 0%, and they posited that high fevers in childhood could trigger autism or other diseases. Interesting theory.

It could be something like the vaccines activate the bodies defenses and they get stuck in overdrive. In that case the vaccine would be an indirect cause.

Grok says there is unlikely to be a link but also says this about the studies. Doesn’t look like it’s been studied extensively.

Limitations:
• Most studies on this topic are small, observational, or based on parent reports, lacking robust controls.

• The heterogeneity of autism makes it challenging to generalize findings.

Whatever you do, don’t look behind the vaccine door.

You didn't ask me, but I have many children, including a recent 2 month old. I happily got them all vaccinated and literally didn't think twice about it. And no one should- the vaccine misinformation is absolute insanity.
Totally your right to do so.

It was our right to be cv19 vaxx free, and we are also happy with our decision.

We aren't talking about Covid really, and that debate has been going on for over 5 years now. Thanks for letting me know your position, I guess.

That's a very different conversation than Vaccines that have been thoroughly tested in children for decades, with very little risk and very high reward. We have decades of data of their efficacy and the minimal risk.

This autism as a result of vaccines talk is just simply wrong. The amount of misinformation that RFKj spews about Vaccines is consequential and vast. Almost every word he says about Vaccines are dripping with pseudo-science, lies, and are incredibly dangerous.

You seem uncomfortable with my position. That’s too bad, because I have no issue with your’s, in regard to your family choices.

If your position is anti-vax for ALL vaccines for children, I am very uncomfortable and would worry for your children and the children of America when diseases and viruses that have been stymied for decades begin to run rampant again in our country.

I don't find that to be a controversial take, whereas I find being completely anti-vax and pro pseudo-science to be irresponsible. Your putting your children and many others at unnecessary risk.

And there is ZERO link between vaccines and autism. So don't try that argument

The stance we took was against the covid vaxx. Glad we did.

RFKjr is either willfully ignorant, incapable of understanding science or just appealing to the fears of the conspiracy set. I say conspiracy set because anti vaxx doctrine appeals to the extremes of the left and the right. Like all good fearmongerers he takes grains of truth and distorts them but wont accept it when an expert points out the flaws in his reasoning.

This is why you should question you pediatrician about everything. If they practice child abuse, you know to discard their opinion on vaccines and every other subject

This sums up the democrats in this thread.

I’ll summarize for those don’t want to watch it. TDS

ahh yes- this too sums up MAGA in this thread.

Posting a video, of Donald Trump, who knows literally nothing about Vaccines or Autism, and talking about a made up "syndrome" that people throughout the literal world have because he's so hated.

Yes, this contextually makes ZERO sense, and has no bearing on this discussion at all. We are all dumber for watching this video, and its par for the course for the MAGA cult to post it in a thread completely off topic.

I will say, it only reinforces the notion that yall couldn't be dumber than rocks, and your cult affiliation is gross at best and pitiful at worst.

Your response reinforces how bad you have TDS. The people voted and your party lost.

I now see why you’re awkward.

Settle down, you’ll be okay.

RFK is calling Mr 0% to the mat! We have a showdown!!

Mr 0% with all his credibility on the line.

Whatever you do, don’t look behind the vaccine door. Nothing to see there.

There are hundreds and hundreds of studies. I've written a book called 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘢𝘭: 𝘓𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘚𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘬, that has 1400 references and over 400 studies cited that link autism and other related neurological injuries to vaccines. There is no question about it.""If you listen to the propaganda that CDC tells you, yeah, vaccines don't cause autism, because it's propaganda. This is a captive agency that is intertwined and owned by the pharmaceutical industry."

Just ordered RFK's book.

Never really thought vaccines were the cause of Autism, but why are they trying so hard to keep us from looking?

I'm going to do some more reading and try and understand just where RFK is coming from.

For lack of a better thread

I asked Grok about her - as we've become accustomed, she's a head-scratching, dime-store pick.

"Casey Means has a medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine and trained as an ENT (ear, nose, and throat) surgeon, but she did not complete her residency and does not hold an active medical license in the United States. She left surgical training to co-found Levels, a health tech company focused on metabolic health, and authored the bestselling book Good Energy: The Surprising Connection Between Metabolism and Limitless Health. Her work emphasizes preventive health, nutrition, and lifestyle to address chronic disease, aligning with the "Make America Healthy Again" (MAHA) initiative championed by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

The Surgeon General, as the nation’s leading public health spokesperson, must be a member of the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS) Commissioned Corps with specialized training or significant experience in public health programs. While nominees are typically appointed to the USPHS concurrently with their nomination, the role requires expertise in public health policy, communication, and leadership. Means’ advocates highlight her academic credentials, entrepreneurial success, and focus on metabolic health as qualifications, arguing she brings a fresh perspective to address systemic healthcare issues. Critics, however, argue her lack of completed residency, active medical practice, or direct public health experience makes her less qualified compared to candidates with extensive clinical or public health leadership backgrounds. Some question her alignment with evidence-based medicine, citing her association with wellness and alternative health narratives.

The role of Surgeon General is as much about communication and advocacy as it is about technical expertise, so qualifications depend on the administration’s priorities. Means’ nomination reflects a focus on preventive health and systemic reform, but her limited formal public health experience and incomplete medical training are notable gaps. Whether these outweigh her strengths depends on the Senate’s evaluation during confirmation and the administration’s vision for the role.

Nope. 0% chance. Don’t even look behind the door.

For the record she is much smarter than Mr and Mrs 0% in every respect.

Trust the experts. I don’t make the rules.

Democrats are finding out just how stupid their policies were

Wow - look how many more vaccines we got than in the 1980’s

Of course we have to acknowledge that may be a good thing if it improves health. Has health improved? Are people living longer? Are they more in shape? Do they spend less on healthcare? Is there less disease?

How are we measuring success?

So, it turns out that our vaccines are not fully placebo tested? Another improvement by RFK

God forbid we have placebo testing. And whatever you do don't look behind the vaccine door.

Placebo testing in investigations of therapy or prevention against significantly harmful or lethal disease is unethical at best and evil at worst. When a new cancer drug is tested, do you think of the 100 people in the trial that 50 should get the new drug and the other 50 should just get no treatment? No. 50 get the new drug, and the other 50 get the old drug.

The standard pediatric vaccines have been proved time and time again to be safe and effective. The research can only be repeated so many times. Unfortunately the dipshit anti-vax crowd refuses to accept the truth as the answer. So now you have people that are supposedly “pro-life” advocating for kids to be deprived of the standard of care in the sake of “being safe”. Give me a break.

Being against the well-established vaccines that children have been receiving for decades is indefensible. It is one of the most unarguable facets of life. There is zero logical or justifiable defense to being anti-vax. Being anti-vax is analogous to being anti-healthy children, anti-healthy society, etc.

RFK Jr: "Part of the responsibility of being a parent... is to not trust everything your doctor says."

"Doctors have been co-opted by the medical cartel... The medical schools are now run by pharmaceutical companies."

"Paediatricians who vaccinate 80 or 85% of the kids in their office get these giant bonuses... You know, hundreds of thousands of dollars... making sure that 85% of the kids are vaccinated."

"And that's why they throw you out of the office if you fight back. It's not because they care so much about your particular kid. It's that... you'll lose them their bonuses."

"And so your job in a democracy... is to do your own research. And that's hard to do, but you need to do it to protect your child."
The crowd that encourages uneducated dipshits to constantly doubt the highly trained professionals are always the first ones to desperately seek medical attention when shit goes south. Always makes us laugh.

Also, medical schools being owned by big pharma? LOL that couldn’t be more wrong. In my medical training we only ever learned generic names for medications. We were NEVER taught brand names for meds. We were intentionally NOT taught brand names to maintain an absence of bias.

People being anti-medicine deserve all of the bad health they have coming. Darwin smiles in his grave every time an uneducated dipshit dies of preventable disease.
Cant wait for the return of Polio or someone to die of tetanus. Gonna get wacky in Magaland.
Sad and hilarious that vaccines have made people forget how awful these diseases are. I encourage all anti-vax dipshits to read about what a tetanus infection experience is like for someone, especially a child. Months in an ICU in the worst full-body pain imaginable with no cure. Tetanus puts you in agonizing pain, pain that your brain would usually combat by pushing you into unconsciousness so you don’t experience it. The kicker is that tetanus keeps you awake so you’re fully alert and feel it constantly. It’s truly nightmare material.

@TigerGrowls and @fatpiggy do nothing but peddle blatant misinformation and ignorance. It’s depressing that people this stupid exist in this world.
