Ran into an article about hitchhiking and it brought back memories. I used to hitch. I went on Spring break to Lauderdale and the Keys in the early 70's. Met a young lady in Key Largo and separated from my buddies and met up over a week later in Cocoa.. She and I hitched and camped together to Key West and back to Cocoa. Never a problem. Never.
Does anyone hitch today? Ever hitched in the past? I will rarely pick anyone up today. Any stories?
