I'm in the market for a portable grill and probably a table top type. I'd prefer pellet, but I'm open to other options.
I run a recteq 720 at home and I'm not really trying to duplicate that. I have the portable blackstone, a pull behind cooker, and the stand alone homemade beast in my avatar. I want a grill that I can throw in the truck and go. I'll probably cook burgers, chicken thighs/breasts, veggies, etc. I'm not likely to try a long, involved cook on the road. It'll be used at tailgates primarily, but also on beach vacations and hunting club.
I did about 30 minutes of online research. Then I said, why in the hell am I doing this? Just ask the TI folks and go from there.
I know a bunch of yall have one. Give me your thoughts and recommendations please!
