Biden was a person who got rid of the worst President I have ever seen in my life. I didn't consider him a great leader though.
I always considered Colin Powell and Condoleeza Rice as great leaders. From a Presidential perspective, George Bush for his handling 9/11.
Well technically, it belonged to his dad. He just inherited it. You see a lot of the heirs sell off the property, and that is ok. You seldom see the guy who worked his ass off to accumulate the land sell it off.

But as someone who voted for Bush, I do not look at his Presidency in a good light. I would rate his Presidency as a C-.
