Can someone point me to where FEMA has stated they don’t have money to spend? (Not a gotcha, it may exist and I haven’t seen the statement)
To be clear, Mayorkas says we do not have the money to make it through hurricane season since he is anticipating more storms.

No, Elon doesn't own the ****ing world and he doesn't get to do whatever the hell he wants whenever the hell he wants without coordination with FEMA authorities, especially when it involves airspace being used by the wider FEMA mission. Insisting he should be able to fly into that airspace without prior approval, knowing he might be denied is just another way for him to create outrage porn for his political agenda.
