Curious to hear from others with a “hybrid” work situation what their current wfh/office time looks like and if it has changed over the past two months.
At my company we’ve recently been instructed to return to the office +1 more day of the week to 3 days and they must be M-W. This is a change from 2 days a week of your choosing in office and the rest wfh.
Just sucks to start losing flexibility and I’m afraid it’s only going to get worse. The two days a week for me are enough to network, meet with my team and leadership, etc. just don’t get the need to go to 3.
Also- for the “I’ve been in 5 days a week, get over it!” Crowd, cool story bro.
