What happened to Hunter Renfrow?

My wife brought him up out of the blue today, and I recall him being released by the Raiders but never signed anywhere for this season. Is it just a tough market for receivers or did he decide to take his $24 million and go home? Google wasn't very helpful, so I'm hoping someone here knows the deal
