What happened to Michael Carr after UTEP?

Phenom recruit in late 80’s who never panned out at Clemson. Took train home during season in middle of the night. Target of the final Ford NCAA investigation. Transferred to UTEP. Got in trouble there. Not sure if he played again, transferred, or ever turned things around. Crazy story regardless. Anyone have a clue what happened to him or where he is now?
