I have to assume that they hear "Black Lives Matter" and think to themselves "Yes .... absolutely, black lives do matter. I want to support this". They dont go the extra step of reading BLM's charter and what they believe in and what their goals are. They dont listen to or read what BLM founders such as Ashleigh Hunter Shackleford has said or written. They dont know the history of the raised fist logo and what it stands for and its origin.

Agree with you 100%. But why doesn‘t Dabo step in and explain what the BLM organization stands for? I know we have a team full of good young men who stay out of trouble. They aren’t burning and looting. So many Godly players. Good kids. But in this climate today... you have to be aware of what that BLM sticker can imply to fans. The connotation Is not positive. I have no problem with the Love and Unity Stickers.

Police officers are getting such a bad wrap these days and dying senselessly. Why not give players the choice of a Blue Lives Matter sticker? The very people who are so much apart of every ballgame. Because there are many different races on the team. Unity for all. And don’t any of you call me a racist. Because I‘m not! My choice would be to keep politics out of sports. Don’t want racial inequity stuffed down my throat watching football. Enough.

Yeah I think so. But since we’re 160 years removed from a time where that flag was relevant, a person who had the flag should ask themselves why they enjoyed having it.

But I’ll have to say, I don’t see the similarities at all between the two. The BLM is not a good organization in any sense. I’m saying they’re bad. But I also believe black lives matter and support kid’s efforts to end racism and better the black community.

Most of them are touchy-feely, hogwash that don't specify very much, but here are the ones that are at least indicators to their pro-socialist/liberal agenda that the leaders of the BML organization have clearly embraced:

When I was 22-24, my roommate was a far far far far far left liberal. We disagreed on everything, yet ... we lived together for two years, had a great time, and are still close friends today. The "it takes a village" part isnt what I reject. Its the Disruption/Dismantling of the Western Nuclear Family. The nuclear family is quite possibly the greatest asset/resource a individual has.

The lack of households with two parents is a big problem in this country.

Which sucks because if you SAY that, people tend to think you're throwing shade at the parent who DID stick around and raise the kid. Single parents have a double tough job and many, many of them do a remarkable job. But kids need two parents.

Especially boys - who need a male role model to look up to, to love them, to take an interest in them, and to guide them.
