I think they double down. If they just hate Trump and America harder it might be a winning formula.
All they have is the anti-Trump sentiment. None of their policies are popular. And penalizing successful people is a total loser mentality and most logical people understand that.

My 20 something year old boys went harder right. Being young, healthy, athletes and getting their arms twisted (and resisting) getting the Covid shot really cemented their political leanings and probably moved them further right than me. Fact.

This is what I was saying yesterday. I too have a son in his early 20’s and he’s much less tolerant of bullshit. They’re been through so much so quickly. He was at a boarding school for athletes during Covid and they didn’t adhere to any of the nonsense once it was apparent it was a hoax. They got to see firsthand the two tiers of rules and lies, one for the people and the other for the rule makers. What I fear is that liberals have pushed these young men to the point of no return. I do believe this is true. An estimate last year said $97B across federal, state and local taxes including SS.
That said, federal, state as the and local governments spent more than $150B on illegals. So it’s very much a losing financial position.
To have contributed to the $97B, they would have had to get a TIN and file taxes. So we should have a record of these folks. Would be a good way to evaluate people for temporary worker consideration. We know what role they play and they’re actually paying taxes. Thinking specifically of the concerns around farm labor.
And of course we should shut down the $150B in spend. Government resources are for US citizens and legal visitors.
I don't understand the concern about farm labor. When Biden and the Dems opened the border there were caravans of 10's of thousands walking north. It's not like they were all pocket-protector wearing physicists carrying briefcases heading to NASA. I think we could find least a few people between all those countries to our south that could be LEGAL taxpaying farm labor.
