Planning to cook a whole hog (60-80 lbs) for a family gathering in November. Never done this so I watched LOTS of videos this weekend; more confused now than before I started.
Is there a "GO TO" person on here that can offer advise (directions) on how this is best done. I'm open to purchasing a book if someone can recommend a good one.
