(CNN)Sweden has revealed that despite adopting more relaxed measures to control coronavirus, only 7.3% of people in Stockholm had developed the antibodies needed to fight the disease by late April.

The figure, which Sweden's Public Health Authority confirmed to CNN, is roughly similar to other countries that have data and well below the 70-90% needed to create "herd immunity" in a population.
It comes after the country adopted a very different strategy to stop the spread of coronavirus to other countries by only imposing very light restrictions on daily life.

And then there will more issues when they invite their other gangster/thug/terrorist friends when they get together and drink the stolen liquor and watch the stolen TV. Very misleading. Do we really believe everybody in Sweeden went in to get an antibody test? Good for them for staying open and not destroying their economy

What? All Im saying is, a lot of people who get the virus don't show any symptoms. Those people may have antibodies but aren't getting tested. Not sure what is so hard to understand about that. I can dumb it down for you if that would help.

Your post was acting like statistical sampling isn't a thing. You can predict the percentage of the population that has antibodies without literally testing every single one of them.

EDIT: Also, if they were only testing people who were symptomatic you'd have 100% antibodies. So obviously they're testing random people.

article in last couple days from Sweden: according to the leading health official, the country has only been able to “allow” less than 15% of the population to be exposed.

Most infectious disease doctors believe that a minimum of 60-70% of a population needs to be exposed to reach herd immunity

What is correct is that Sweden did not impose any restrictions or lockdowns.....in the HOPES of getting herd immunity.

But the country is a LONG way from that at the moment
