Granted, that seems kind of harsh for the hospital to do.
BUT I'd also point out that there's two sides to this coin. Namely, that these parents are apparently willing to let their child die over a COVID and Flu shot that literally millions and millions of people have taken. Does that make them demonic as well?
The reason I ask is that I live in a pretty weird state when it comes to this. Parent's can go to jail for taking their kid across state lines to get an abortion (where abortion is legal). They can also go to jail for allowing gender altering surgery on their child. BUT if these same parents refuse a blood transfusion, antibiotics for an infection, or live saving surgery, they are within their rights to let their child die. This seems inconsistent to me.

Republicans get vaccines too and I'm sure Republicans who work in hospitals do. Or are you saying that only Democrats work in and make decisions in red state hospitals?

Our side wasnt for mandatory vax...Your side was, you even was calling for the Gov to hold people down and force them to take the vax against their will and sending people to concentration camps. Enough of this "your side" crap - maybe there was a good reason for the hospital's decision that you don't understand and that decision could have been made by a Republican. I seriously doubt it had anything to do with owning the pubs.

The parents will trust the medical community for a ridiculously complex heart surgery that they have no chance of explaining at any basic level MORE than a Covid vaccine that the same medical community almost unanimously supports?
