I will admit I’m ignorant here, is that a realm or area where fraud is a real charge? And lying isn’t considered free speech? Like, are polls regulated like that?

(For the record, I am not condoning anything, just think it’s funny how often people are ok with their side doing something, just not the other)

Yea I don’t know if it’s actually fraud. But it’s blatantly obvious that the poll was a sham intended to falsely show support for Kamala.

It was considered one of the more reputable polls before this and was sooooo far off of reality, and even off from other polls, that it had to be intentional.

At the very least, her and her poll’s credibility are destroyed. Assuming she was ready to retire and was okay with this in exchange for a bag.

Absolutely no issue with any of that. And I would think as a consequence people would and should lose faith in the companies work, which in turn means less people/companies/campaigns should hire them, etc.

Certainly understand consequences.

Just think it’s ironic people that previously were free speech at all costs are now against misinformation if they don’t agree with it or it doesn’t benefit “their side”

That is the very definition of fraud. So, you know it is actually fraud.

Fraud: wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain

1) She was wrong
2) She intended to decieve
3) She wanted political and personal gain
