After living in Mexico, Costa Rica and was in Colombia, Nicaragua and Panama I can tell you it's one of the racist areas of the world and in fact Mexico is one the most racist countries I've ever experienced.
Spanish immigrants being from Spain look down on the Native Indians is what i have always heard

It's like in the Black Culture there are levels of discrimination based on level of black.
Like the deeper in black skin color and light brown skinned folks have big differences.
Just an observation as I don't really get into their business and how they think.
