Regarding the popular vote totals, they are not finalized yet. But the projected final totals are looking like 73 million for Harris vs 81.2 million for Biden. Trump popular vote levels increased by 3.5 million from 74 to 77.7 million.

So 8 million less votes for Harris than Biden.

So the increase in vote totals from 2016 to 2020 for Biden vs Hillary by 15 million is a massive amount.
