Sounds like she wanted to throw down with a boy who was talking smack at school.
BV from today:
“My daughter calls me one day, and she’s crying. This is actually kind of really funny. My daughter Laney, she’s tough, tough. She’s like, ‘dad?’ She can’t have phones at school, don’t know how she got her phone. Told somebody at the office it was an emergency. She goes, ‘will I get in trouble if I punch a boy in the face?’ She said will I get in trouble if I punch a boy in the face? I’m like, yes, that’s my girl! No, I had to be Dad and give her the quick talk about get your butt back in class.
“Other kids – well, you get paid that? I’d do this for free. That’s just what it is. There’s ignorance no matter what. There are plenty of great things and goodness. There is a lot more goodness than ignorance. Sometimes ignorance is loud. It’s hurtful for your kids and your family. We’re good. I’m not complaining in any way, shape or form."
