Just want to say how thoroughly impressed I and others in the media are at Trevor Lawrence's disposition as a Grade A superstar and as the figurehead for this program.
Having been around a while, I've seen other stars gradually sour on having to do the same thing over and over again and having to answer a lot of the same questions and fulfill the crush of responsibilities/demands that come when you're of that stature. It's natural.
By Deshaun's third season, it was pretty evident he was done with that part of the process. He was surly at times and just wanted to get it over with (and understandably, we might add, given all the classes he was taking and such).
From the beginning to now Trevor has handled it in such a graceful way. It doesn't seem to bother him at all and I suspect that comes from his humility and respect for everyone he's around.
This guy is a special player for sure, but he seems like a special dude as well.
