You need to take a step back and think about what this really means.

Also, what it means: The DOJ didn't want to prosecute Hillary for having a personal email server in her home. Thats what it means. You and Qanon are using this as some kind of factual point to speculate that the FBI and the DOJ are conspiring against the people. Thats bullshit.
Also, the fact that the FBI opened an investigation into Trump doesn't mean its a big conspiracy against him. It means he's got some disastrous people around him doing criminal things and there was and still is a concern that he's a compromised person. Thats whats going on.

The point is that they have been investigating a person, not a crime. If they were really investigating Russians, don't you think Fusion GPS and Michael Steele would be indicted by now? A Russian was one of three entities paying Steele. Since the FBI was one of those entities, I guess that explains it.
