The crap has begun but a lot of groups are watching this time. It still might not do any good.

My forthcoming article about the Maricopa County employee caught stealing a lanyard containing a security fob and plastic key used to program Election Day tabulators will not only cover his extensive progressive background and ties to Soros, but will reveal news about his corruption that has not been revealed anywhere yet.

And here it is,

It is officially over for the election fraud deniers across all 50 states,

+ 10,000 illegal aliens, using the same exact Social Security number voted in the Nov 3, 2020 election, and this is just in the border state of Arizona.

📝U.S. Congress certified a criminal enterprise on Jan 6. And they all know it.

Do we really need ANOTHER trash thread about fake Arizona election conspiracy theories?

And here is,

The Arizona Senate Audit CONFIRMS beyond the shadow of a doubt,

Two FORENSIC EXPERTS completely independent of each other CONCLUDE.

The criminals, Katie Hobbs and Adrian Fontes inserted +25,000 COUNTERFEIT ballots into the Arizona 2020 General Election,

📝Meaning U.S. Congress certified the overthrow of United States government on Jan 6.

BREAKING: An important lawsuit has been filed challenging Cartel-linked Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes' election manual because it contains two unlawful provisions that enable fraud, one rule allows him to approve election results even if some counties have issues

This is not even the first lawsuit against his unconstitutional manual. He now has four lawsuits challenging various aspects of the manual including a provision that would allow noncitizens to vote in federal elections

No surprise, Adrian Fontes has built an entire career aiding and abetting election fraud in Arizona's elections

The lawsuit was brought by @America1stLegal

BREAKING.🚨

A coalition of 24 State Attorneys General, and respective counsels, have filed amicus briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court in support of an Emergency Stay to allow the State of Arizona to require citizenship to vote in federal elections.

The Dhillon Law Group, on behalf of the Republican Party of Arizona, argues:

"The Constitution does not support the district court’s holding that the NVRA, in an exercise of Congress’s Elections Clause power to regulate the manner of congressional elections, preempts a state’s choice pursuant to its power under the Electors Clause to require voters to submit documentary proof of citizenship to vote in elections to appoint that state’s presidential electors. The Court should therefore immediately stay the District Court’s injunction to the extent it interferes with Arizona’s constitutional power to choose how it appoints its presidential electors," said attorney @pnjaban.

The Honest Elections Project, a non-partisan group, argues:

"In a novel decision that would disrupt absentee regulations nationwide, the district court held that the National Voter Registration Act preempts Arizona’s law and enjoined it. The court identified no express preemption language, but found preemption based on some undefined combination of three elements: the NVRA’s requirement that States 'accept and use' the Federal Form for voter registration, its confirmation that States can require first-time voters to vote by mail, and a couple of its purpose statements about increasing voter registration. None of this individually or in combination suffices to meet the high threshold of showing preemption, especially in an area in which 'the Elections Clause empowers Congress to regulate how federal elections are held, but not who may vote in them'."

"The NVRA, unsurprisingly, focuses on voter registration, and evidently no court before has held it to preempt state regulations of voting methods."

The Immigration Reform Law Institute argues:

"The National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) was passed to 'increase the number of eligible citizens who register to vote for Federal office,' and to 'protect the integrity of the electoral process'.”

"Arizona’s Legislature enacted Arizona House Bill 2243 (HB 2243) and Arizona House Bill 2492 (HB 2492) to improve election integrity by ensuring that voter qualifications are enforced and that voter rolls are accurate. HB 2492 updates voter qualifications to require documentary proof of citizenship. HB 2492 further provides that failure to include proof of citizenship on a state voter registration form is grounds for the application to be rejected by the county recorder. In accordance with ITCA, these new documentary proofs are not required for applicants using the Federal Form to register to vote in congressional elections." [...]

"This Court is likely to grant a petition for a writ of certiorari in this matter, as the Court often does under Purcell v. Gonzalez, 549 U.S. 1 (2006) to guard against litigation’s interference with elections close to an election."

The RNC, in its Emergency Application for Stay, argues:

"Voting by non-citizens, both legal and illegal, is real.2 The typical rejoinder is to claim that few non-citizens vote. On its own terms, though, the answer at least acknowledges that the problem persists. But it also ignores that even small voting blocs can have outsized effects on electoral outcomes. That effect is most obvious in local elections."

"There is every reason to believe this problem of non-citizen voting has gotten worse, as the number of aliens in the United States has undeniably grown. One study suggests there were over 11 million illegal aliens in the country in 2019."

"Each of those aliens represents another possible opening for voter fraud, for each represents a probability—no matter how small—that they will vote illegally. Add to that the other possible sources of noncitizen voting—such as aliens here legally but who cannot vote or who have overstayed their visas—and the magnitude of the problem becomes clear."

The State Attorneys General argues:

"This Court has repeatedly instructed that the Purcell principle bars federal courts from enjoining the enforcement of state election laws with an election impending. The principle recognizes the important interests state officials have in protecting their elections and avoiding voter confusion. But the Ninth Circuit turned this principle against the enforcement of state election-integrity laws."

"Applicants need prompt relief. Because counties need to print ballots well in advance of the election, the Secretary of State 'has advised that the deadline to resolve' ballot-referendum litigation is August 22, 2024."

BREAKING: Arizona Republicans have just filed a lawsuit against illegitimate Governor Katie Hobbs for issuing unconstitutional executive orders to facilitate the steal of the 2024 election

"These orders unlawfully designate state-owned facilities as ballot drop-off locations and require state agencies to handle voter registrations — tasks that belong to county officials."

Similar measures were taken in Michigan by Governor Gretchen Whitmer, who designated various state agencies to do the same

Hobbs's orders blatantly violate Article 1 Section 4 Clause 1 of the US constitution which clearly states, "The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof"

The constitutional delegates ALL election oversight to the state legislatures. It doesn't grant the executive any power to delegate random government departments as vote registration sites or ballot drop-off locations

BREAKING: The U.S. Supreme Court has just voted to REINSTATE a provision from an Arizona law that requires voter applicants to provide documentary proof-of-citizenship when getting registered to vote

GLORY BE TO GOD!

This overruled the decisions from the lower court judges who blocked the law. From here on out, proof of citizenship will now be required for new voters using a state voter registration form

BREAKING: A conservative group is planning to place trained observers with cameras around various ballot drop boxes in Arizona for the 2024 election to catch any fraud that occurs

Democrat state officials are currently PANICKING about the plan's implementation

In a letter to the State's officials, Matt Schlapp of CPAC said, “To address and help mitigate that skepticism (referring to Arizona's broken elections), it is our intention to place monitors near a selection of drop boxes in select counties across Arizona.”

Illegitimate Attorney General Kris Mayes went right to calling the plan voter intimidation, "I want to be extremely clear that I will not stand for any voter intimidation, and that includes using 'open-source' information to identify individuals using a drop box to vote." Mayes is a seasoned pro in election theft, as shown by the AG race she stole from Abe Hamadeh, so of course, she hates the idea of monitoring the drop boxes. The Secretary of State and other Democrat officials share a similar view.

Why are they so terrified of having observers around drop boxes? Are they terrified we will catch their illegal ballot-harvesting operations?

CPAC should do it anyway. A judge already determined that observers are allowed around drop boxes as long as they stay at least 75 feet away.

Aint a damn soul panicking about the imaginary fraudulent ballots that were never found by the Cyber Ninjas. The problem is, last time the Pub ballot box watchers were friggin commandos who hid their faces. This is voter intimidation!

The answer is YES! But I'm kinda disappointed that they are starting to recycle their claims. Remember those two poll workers in Ga that had the USB drive that changed votes? Then remember Rudy swearing in court that he made the whole thing up? Rinse and repeat...

Don't you know that ginger mints are code for thousands of fraudulent ballots on a usb drive?

BREAKING: A Democrat organization named Poder Latinx just got BUSTED registering voters outside a DMV in Phoenix, Arizona, without requiring proof of citizenship

They tell voters they only need to show a driver's license to register to vote, which DOES NOT prove citizenship.

My good friend Vlad from @ANN_News92 went to a DMV to acquire an Arizona driver's license and was greeted near the entrance by volunteers from Poder Latinx who wanted him to get registered to vote. When he asked them what he would need to register, they told him he only needed an Arizona ID because, according to them, only U.S. citizens can get driver's licenses in the state. Vlad immediately called them out because their claim was simply FALSE and dangerous

If you ever wonder why there are over 40,000 registered voters in Maricopa County who have failed to provide proof of citizenship, NOW YOU KNOW!
