Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson dismissed Kari Lake’s lawsuit against the stolen 2022 Midterm Election late Monday night, following a three day trial exposing election misconduct and fraudulent mail-in ballot signature verification.
The new Munite Entry states, “rather than trying to cast doubt on a specific number of ballots (a herculean evidentiary endeavor in these circumstances), she attempts to prove that the signature review process for Maricopa County was not conducted pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-550(A) or the EPM.”
However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, Kari Lake attorney Kurt Olsen told the Court, “11 of the signature verification workers approved 170k signatures at a rate of less than 0 and 2.99 seconds with a 99.97% approval rating.” Later, in closing argument, Olsen revealed that “there were approximately 274,000 ballot signatures compared and verified in less than three seconds.”

Olsen also concluded that AT LEAST 70,000 mail-in ballots were not properly verified in accordance with Arizona law, and therefore the election must be set aside. The bogus election was called by roughly 17,000 votes.

Perhaps my favorite part of this story is this quote: Maricopa County Chairman Clint Hickman called the ruling "justice."

"Wild claims of rigged elections may generate media attention and fundraising please, but they do not win court cases," Hickman said in a statement. "When 'bombshells' and 'smoking guns' are not backed up by facts, they fail in court."

No, there was a trial and everything. Lake lost the election fair and square, THEN she lost the trial after the election when she refused to admit defeat, THEN she lost the appeals that she filed b/c she didn't like the result of the trial.

No. That's not the case. Lake filed a lawsuit over the election. She lost that. Then there was a trial. She lost that. Then she appealed all the way to the state supreme court. She lost most of that and had one issue returned to lower court for review. Then she lost that.

I don't pretend to have followed this story in exacting detail, but when one side keeps losing and losing, it kind of sends a message. Namely that you lost.

I'm not buying that all these those people in Arizona (Republicans included) are all corrupt and only Lake is honest.

Also, it's important to note that you guys "encouraging" us to look at the "facts" NEVER accept any yourselves. It's ALWAYS cheating, never a valid loss.

Once again, nope. I think you are missing my entire point here.

You Trumpians, are quick to accuse others of being corrupt w/o any evidence other than Trump lost and accused someone of cheating. Look at the lifelong Republicans in Ga, and Texas (not to even mention Arizona) that are somehow "corrupt".

Can a person other than Trump be corrupt? Of course. But when a person has been doing their jobs without issue for years, and all of a sudden Trump tells me they are corrupt and "out to get him", you need to prove that. Instead, it's accepted by his worshipers as the truth.

I simply don't believe that EVERYONE is corrupt but Trump. A random jury that finds against Trump... corrupt. Judges, prosecutors... ANYONE, that finds against Trump is Deep State right... no proof needed.

I've literally been asking OP this FOR YEARS. After Trump loses his ass in court... TGP ALWAYS finds some "Smoking Gun" that "proves" Trump was right on whatever issue.

If that is true, how come that part never seems to make it into court? I've never seen where this stuff was thrown out. So either it's bullshit (that seems likely to me) OR Trump and his lawyers are too stupid to actually use the evidence they have to prove they are right.
