I actually agree with part of this...
Eric Holder should have served time for this ( Don't think so on Lerner) . It's important to note that congress has no way to enforce a a subpoena, they depend on the DOJ to prosecute. Holder being the AG, simply never made a decision whether to prosecute or not and ran out the clock. That's just plain wrong. Lerner was a completely different story (she worked for the IRS and apparently wasn't honest in public statements about the Tea Partiers getting audited. The big difference here is that she actually showed up to testify. She didn't answer but a couple of questions IIRC and pleaded the 5th on just about everything. She was held in contempt of congress by the Republican house for envoking a basic right... I notice you didn't mention HER rights being violated... but anyway, same deal ... DOJ didn't move forward.
I also notice that you didn't mention Barr being held in contempt of Congress in 2019. Same deal as Holder, he chose not to make a decision to prosecute himself and let the whole thing die.
Anyway, that brings us to Bannon. I'm not sure how his rights we violated. He got a subpoena to show up before a certain day and submit documents before a certain day. He objected to the process and a court of law denied his objection. I'm not sure what's the problem here. He was a private citizen who is not a lawyer for anyone that saw/heard information that congress is interested in (for whatever reason, good, bad, indifferent). Congress called him up to testify. He could have shown up and pleaded the 5th if he needed to. But you can't not show up.
So he had a trial... in front of a jury... and he was found guilty.
