This win for Trump at the Supreme Court which removed the injunction blocking Trump’s EO to end “birthright citizenship;”was the first important step to “protecting” the American citizens.
You should listen to Stephen Miller’s take on “why” birthright citizenship is going to be ruled unconstitutional.
“Stephen Miller, White House deputy chief of staff, called birthright citizenship "the biggest, costliest scam in financial history" in an interview Monday on Newsmax, just weeks ahead of a Supreme Court hearing on the issue.”
"An illegal alien can come here nine months pregnant or on a tourist visa, nine months pregnant, have a baby. That baby is then declared an automatic citizen, which then entitles the entire family to come here and live here," Miller said. "And every one of them can get welfare. Yes, they can get unlimited welfare. Applying as the custodian of this citizen, so-called child."
“Miller argued that the current interpretation of the 14th Amendment is being misused in ways that place a significant financial and national security burden on the United States.
He called birthright citizenship "the biggest financial rip-off of Americans in history, not to mention the fact that it is the number one magnet for illegal immigration and invasion."
"The 14th Amendment, the provisions in question, were ratified for the children of freed slaves," he said. "You can go read the minutes of the debate. They were talking about the children of freed slaves after the Civil War. This was not meant to provide illegal alien children with automatic citizenship."
"Do you really think that in the 19th century, three-quarters of states all got together to pass an amendment to say that people that Congress has forbidden from entering here can have automatic children, citizens?" Miller said.
"The idea is so far beyond even the outer limits of imagination. No human being who suggests it should be taken seriously."

In the past, courts have IGNORED these key legal words:
“The 14th Amendment, ratified in 1868, guarantees birthright citizenship to all individuals born in the United States and subject to its jurisdiction, a principle that has been upheld for over 125 years.”
Notice the word “AND.”
The person who has “citizenship” is a person born in the United States AND is “subject to its jurisdiction.”
It’s not one or the other.
It’s not just being born in America.
You MUST also be “subject to the United States jurisdiction.”
What does that mean?
“The phrase "subject to its jurisdiction" in U.S. law, particularly in the context of the Fourteenth Amendment, means that a person is under the complete legal authority and allegiance to the United States and not to any other country. This phrase is crucial in determining birthright citizenship, as it establishes that individuals born in the United States are citizens if they are subject to its jurisdiction, meaning they owe full allegiance to the U.S. and are not under the diplomatic or foreign allegiance of another nation.”
Did you catch that?
Past court cases can be revisited and TOSSED by the current Supreme Court, if the past ruling is unconstitutional.
Roe vs Wade is the biggest current example.
So here is the question:
Is an illegal alien a citizen?
Or are they “subject of the jurisdiction” of the country they came from?
Illegal aliens are not under the “jurisdiction” of the United States and are not afforded Constitutional rights.
Therefore, neither are ANY of their children, whether they are born in the U.S. or not.
Those children are also citizens of the country that their parents came from.
Mark this down.
Trump wrote the EO to end “birthright citizenship” because he ALREADY knows he was going to be sued and he welcomes the lawsuit.
Why?
Because Trump knows he will win at the Supreme Court because this current Supreme Court majority, is in the business of “restoring” the original intent of the Constitution.
