Who is to blame the the concession issues at Clemson? Does this all fall under Aramark? There was zero ketchup after the 1st inning. They were out of syrup for snow cones by the 4th inning. Lines for concessions were 30-45 minutes minimum throughout the game. This was a huge miscalculation by some and there was lot of lost revenue thanks to this. During football games, we normally tailgate and eat at the car so we don’t deal with concessions often. I have never seen it as bad as it was yesterday though.
It was a great day in Clemson but we could make improvements to these areas for a better game day experience for all.
