Be careful though. That's actually one of Trump's tells. When he says "believe me"... he's lying. It's almost as accurate as when he starts a story with "They had tears in their eyes and said to me... sir, sir.... <insert lie here>. My personal favorite is the one where he turned himself in in NY. All the police and court folks had tears in their eyes during that process and yet when it came to trial, all the court staff and judge were totally corrupt and he couldn't get a fair trial in the city.
