Who knows why he said it, but really no reason for that to be at the forefront of his thoughts unless he knows or maybe even hopes that thee could be another attempt on Trump's life or some other attack designed to kill trump supporters. The threat level is probably to the moon. I wonder if the most and most credible threats are from Iran, Isis or those who have taken to heart the dem talking points about soon to be President Trump being a Fascist, a Nazi, an existential threat to democracy?

You should be happy that some members of "the resistance" are now going to be part of Trumps government and helping to ensure justice. Bondi, Patel, Hegsegth... a master stroke to help get America back on track.
Our founders would be turning over in their graves if they knew that a future president would pick his cabinet based on their loyalty to him and not the Constitution. Especially when that president is the veritable fox in the henhouse.
