He was expelled by vote. I'm sure the same will happen to Menendez. BTW, at one point the repubs. voted to keep Santos around because they needed the seat.

Menendez sentenced to 11 years in jail. Pretty much a death sentence for him. Ironic that he was a big pusher of the Russia hoax too.
