No, I think "poor dpic" is more afraid of Trump just casually saying that he (assuming that he's elected President in 2023) would "Negotiate" on what the Constitution says and his Trumpians (like yourself) don't even raise an eyebrow. Here's the 22nd Amendment:Poor dpic is afraid of big bad Donald Trump.
Fair enough. You under 40 or over?I'd prefer not to say but I'm not young.
Stop lol. I like to stay anonymous as possible.Fair enough. You under 40 or over?
MAGA Sheep, ultra MAGA, mega MAGA......you sound so incredibly stupid. These are the sad ramblings of a perpetually victimized MAGA sheep who identifies with a broken man who will make them feel special by rubbing their belly and telling them that bad people don't like him either so he will yell at them on tv. You're exactly the type of weak compliant person he needs to help him feel special. You'll feel safe there in that whiny movement where policy or viewpoints dont matter - only submissiveness to his toxic ego. Though the rest of us will be ****ed due to your pussification.
Thanks for being a pushover to Putin's lackey. History will not be kind to people like you when they write about the destruction of our system of government and how we let it happen.MAGA Sheep, ultra MAGA, mega MAGA......you sound so incredibly stupid.
Put your tampon back in and tell your therapist where Trump touched you.
I do not think it is fine. Trump is a narcissistic jackass, so no surprise he would quote another one.Well if you don't mind him receiving praise from a sadistic dictator and agreeing with him that our democratic system doesn't work, I guess nothing.
Why do you think that's just fine?

So how do feel about Biden, newsome, etc welcoming Xi - whose country is by far the single largest contributor to climate change(if you believe the science). According to Biden and most dems, the single biggest threat to us and the world is climate change. Bigger than the economy, terrorists, - even bigger than trump and putin. Not only is it the biggest threat, but it is an immediate threat that has to be addressed now.
If I believed this there is zero chance I am hosting him in a the same way the dems have. Not only that, there is zero chance I let China's numerous attempts to provoke us and our allies go unchallenged. If you think that is the case you should be making damn sure they know we are THE superpower. We should be showing strength so that when we approach them about climate standards, they do something other than laugh at us.
If you are going to make a list of sadistic dictators, Xi is right there with multiple human rights atrocities from China over the last decade and beyond. Just bc his public demeanor is not that of putin, it doesn't make his actions any less detrimental.

I am not defending trump. My question was why do you not care about dems/biden doing the same given their position that climate change is is an immediate and largest threat to us and the world?

The economy is moving because of legislation and trade agreements that Trump put in place that are still in effect. Biden has done nothing but the one big bill that did nothing to change the underpinnigs of the economy. Biden's bill mainly just injected trillions of dollars into the economy causing more inflations and the citizens are all unhappy because the inflation has robbed them of spending power on a huge level. Its that simple. And the economy must be doing well these days. Trump was taking credit for it on the campaign trail this weekend.
What are you talking about? Trump has served one term only. Now if its conclusively proven that a coup was taking place during his entire first term then it could be genuinely considered whether he is owed a do over on the first term. I am not worried about that anyway and honestly think that Trump would only want to serve one more term. He is getting up there in age too.No, I think "poor dpic" is more afraid of Trump just casually saying that he (assuming that he's elected President in 2023) would "Negotiate" on what the Constitution says and his Trumpians (like yourself) don't even raise an eyebrow. Here's the 22nd Amendment:
----------------------------
No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this Article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this Article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this Article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.
-------------------------------
Seems pretty clear. So tell us Growlz, do you agree with Trump or not on this? Is he' "owed" another term? Does he get to "negotiate" on what the constitution does and does not permit?
I'm not following how this applies to this thread. Biden and Newsome met with Xi to work on positive initiatives but Trump praises him for being a dictator, telegraphing what he plans to do if re-elected. This isn't about agreeing or disagreeing with what Biden does, it's a warning that we will be more like China than we've ever been if we allow this man back into the White House. Hate Biden all you want but he will never be the lesser of these two evils.I am not defending trump. My question was why do you not care about dems/biden doing the same given their position that climate change is is an immediate and largest threat to us and the world?
You know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. Here's the quote from THIS VERY THREAD:What are you talking about? Trump has served one term only. He will come in and set the ship firmly on the right track in 4 years imo.

I agree. But democrats did this same BS when Trump was in office. "The economy was humming because of muh Obama." That of course completely ignores the fact that growth had stagnated under Obama and even he thought we were maxed out. Trump took over and proved him wrong quickly. That's just laughable. It's stuff like this that keep anyone from taking you seriously.

And I agree with this as well. Very little that the President does will influence the economy in the short term. I will say that the Fed has done a pretty masterful job navigating post-covid inflation, and the US economy is far stronger than most realized or expected. We have recovered far faster than other developed Western Nations.
If the economy continues to improve that really hurts Trump. That's about his only real weapon, most people don't want 4 more years of Trump drama constantly. It's exhausting.
It almost sounds like you're threatening me with weird undertones but I don't think you have the sack for that......so I'm going to just giggle at your James Earl Jones theater style monologue and continue wondering how you'll survive if Trump actually wins. Thanks for being a pushover to Putin's lackey. History will not be kind to people like you when they write about the destruction of our system of government and how we let it happen.
Was just trying to help him. Didn't want him to get discharge on his futon.keyboard warrior.
The economy is certainly showing resilience but inflation is still rearing its ugly head and I think it's too early to tell if it is under control. 2 more months of flat inflation readings and I think we are out of the woods, but any hint of inflation creeping higher before the election will devastate Biden.
Right here today, i don't think the economy is good enough to carry Biden to a win. However, I do think the trajectory we are on could keep him in office. 1-2 more good months of economic readings and the economy becomes less of a drag on him. I don't know if people trust Biden to not go back to his inflationary policies if he were to win again.
I agree people don't want 4 more years of Trump Drama. I think many of those same people don't want to see political prosecutions and the deep state trampling on the constitution either.
Ok - I'll start. What exactly would you consider Bidens "inflationary policies"? I would suggest inflation was largely due to coming out of a world wide pandemic with massive supply and demand issues.
I disagree with your assessment of my opinion and honestly do not agree with most of your opinions. In other words, I think I am a lot smarter than you yoshi. LOL!!That's just laughable. It's stuff like this that keep anyone from taking you seriously.
I just told you in my first response. No more for me to add.You know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. Here's the quote from THIS VERY THREAD:
"We're going to win four more years in the White House, then after that we'll negotiate. Based on the way I was treated; we're probably entitled to another four after that." Donald Trump.
Once again, here's the 22nd Amendment. I'll bold the relevant part for you:
No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.
ONE MORE TIME: So tell us Growlz, do you agree with Trump or not on this? Is he' "owed" another term? Does he get to "negotiate" on what the constitution does and does not permit?
No you didn't...Here's your quote:I just told you in my first response. No more for me to add.
Also, the last release of Covid relief money wasn't necessary as the economy had already passed the Inflection point of return growth, so it was released for votes......just like Trump's second release on his way out as his admin had the economy at break even. Those two things put too much money in circulation without enough supply of goods nor long term plans to solve the demand as supply chain issues loomed.Ok - I'll start.
Did Biden want to forgive Billions of dollars in student debt?
Does the constitution permit altering Fisa warrants to spy on your political opponents and frame them for colluding with their biggest adversary? You know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. Here's the quote from THIS VERY THREAD:

I 100% agree. I was going to slow walk him into his own stupidity, I was just getting started. hahaAlso, the last release of Covid relief money wasn't necessary as the economy had already passed the Inflection point of return growth, so it was released for votes......just like Trump's second release on his way out as his admin had the economy at break even. You can blame both presidents for inflation, but you can also see how Biden's policies have continued to perpetuate it despite the feds efforts to break the entire thing.
-Student Debt = more money in the economy
-Bloated spending bill after bloated spending bill = more money in the economy
These things = inflation
We only have so much time on earth.......patience is a virtue I guess.I 100% agree. I was going to slow walk him into his own stupidity. haha
Because it's not the same. False equivalent. What Biden is doing is politics, managing another super power. But without the ass kissing and praise for his ability to ruthlessly keep a few billion oppressed. Using climate change is this context is silly.I am not defending trump. My question was why do you not care about dems/biden doing the same given their position that climate change is is an immediate and largest threat to us and the world?
I've no problem with bringing charges against the folks you mentioned. No problem at all. Investigate, charge, and put them on trial. If they are found guilty punish them. That's my answer... ALWAYS.Does the constitution permit altering Fisa warrants to spy on your political opponents and frame them for colluding with their biggest adversary?
I don't agree with him serving an extra term, but I do agree with arresting those involved and trying them for treason.
It's never the same....... except for it isBecause it's not the same. False equivalent. What Biden is doing is politics, managing another super power. But without the ass kissing and praise for his ability to ruthlessly keep a few billion oppressed. Using climate change is this context is silly.
You apparently have an irrational hate for Biden or Democrats in general. As do I for all things Trump and those that enable him and hate democracy. But the difference is I can show facts and reasons for my position. All you've got is fake out of context disinformation.
