This is exactly the way our democracy works. He's responsible for fomenting an insurrection, a lawsuit was filed and a judge ruled on the merits. That doesn't mean it's over because our judicial system allows for appeals and it will likely be overturned. But most Americans are scratching our heads over why he's allowed on ANY ballots.
