It’s your opinion, that’s fine. Others appreciate my posts. One’s opinion and thoughts aren’t going to appease everyone, and discussion is always healthy. I understand there are those who don’t always agree with me on a particular topic; however, few feel the urge to call me names. You’re one of them, which is cool given it seems you do this to many posters on the board. Just find it odd that one can go 0-100 on here so quickly. A poster brought up black privilege because they are implying it's unfair that black people use it.
Also knowing the poster, he thinks white privilege isnt a real thing and is trying to be clever.

It's not about a coach being racist or a school, place, etc. It's about people in general losing their damn minds with the 'politically correct' mentality. We talk about the WWII generation as being the 'Greatest Generation', then following was my generation, the 'Peace, Love, and Flower-child' (baby boomers) generation, which certainly took a HUGE step back from the 'Greatest Generation'. Now this 'millennial' generation has to be considered as the 'Worst Generation'. Their irrational stupidity is on the epic scale. I witnessed this the other day:
Three women in their twenties to thirties got in a nasty argument because one woman had made a comment about a certain business not paying their employees like they should. She said they were working for "slave wages". Man did that kick off a discussion and argument. More cussing (F-bombing) and threats and calling each other racists and white supremacists that you will want to see and hear. All because of a silly term that has been used innocuously for years. This one woman, well I was wanting to go over and use a little Judo and Karate on.
But this is what this society has become. Now it has spilled over to college football recruiting. It had already taken over the NFL, so the natural direction this stupidity would take would be college football. I had already cut back on the NFL games in recent years. And now I will be cutting them out completely because of the singing of the Black National Anthem before the games. I guess the other one will now be considered the White National Anthem?
College football is about to suffer in a most terrible way. The NCAA has lost complete control over the college football, and all college sports for that matter. This playing of the 'Race Card' in college football and college football recruiting, we are just seeing the beginning of it. I am left now to wonder how long will it be before I can't take college football anymore?

Haha. Yea the N word and the “some of these people need to move to another country” clip got him on this one from what I hear. I personally think it was a critical error for Dabo not to give a strong mea culpa about that instead of just saying “that was probably a harsh statement”.

Woody was a Naval Officer in WW II, who volunteered for sea duty and rose to command both a submarine chaser and a destroyer-escort (Frigate) in combat.
He was head coach of three different university football programs and compiled a record of 238 wins, 72 losses, and 10 ties. He was tough as nails but was loved by his players, students and the administration at Ohio State. He led the way for major universities in playing/starting large numbers of black players and hiring black assistant coaches. He even taught classes and had the status as associate professor. He was inducted into the NCAA hall of fame in 1983.
