How many members of Trump's inner circle are going to get accused of rape? Jeez.

America's Mayor is a national disgrace.

She also says that rudy and trump were selling pardons for $2mm and splitting the money. These will be some fun depositions.

Mike Pence is probably the only person in Trump world who's even a decent person.

The rest are the embodiment of everything inhumane.

Dude please. When you are rich, they HAVE to let you do it. You can just "Grab 'em by the Pussy". Everyone knows that. Why shouldn't he get in on the action?

I actually read the full 70 page complaint and it’s pretty wild. According to the complaint, she recorded almost all of their conversations (with his permission) and has almost all of her allegations documented.

There’s other troubling stuff in there, like the selling of pardons @nytigerfan mentioned, but also that Rudy would have privileged conversations with clients on speaker phone while she was in the room without their knowledge, and that he gave her full access - on her laptop - to all of his emails, which included privileged conversations with clients, including the President.

And also that Rudy referred to her as his daughter during sexual encounters.

I do find it odd that she entered into what was essentially an under the table, off the books, employment agreement that included deferred compensation and that she stuck around longer than a few weeks once it became pretty obvious that he wasn’t ever going to pay her. Though he was doing pro bono legal work for her and that sounds like the primary reason she stuck around.

The plaintiff will have to prove that she was an employee even though there isn’t really any on paper documentation of that, but the complaint goes to great lengths to show that he openly introduced her as an employee. But they do have documentation that he was acting as her attorney, which also makes a quid pro quo sexual relationship illegal, I do believe.

In 2026, when this country acknowledges the 25th anniversary of 9/11, there's a good chance Giuliani will be in a jail cell.
I honestly hope not... With guys like this working for Trump, there really don't need as many people working against him.

Seriously, though. He certainly did a great job after 9/11 and rightfully earned that "America's Mayor" title. I'm not sure what happened to him over the years, but he seems to have some real cognative issues in the last 5 years or so. And that's a real shame, because he's going to be remembered as one of Trump's clowns instead of for the really good work he did after 9/11.

so she accepted an off the books job for a million a year...with all comp deferred...and spent 2 years being forced against her will to swallow loads under a desk without being paid...and only left because she was fired? then after another 2 years sues saying she was sexually abused the whole time? oh and just happened to throw in some highly convenient politial accusations that happen to tie in to previously reported claims that similarly had no evidence? this woman who has made similar accusations before of exes who sued her for defamation?

yea i'm gonna exactly gonna jump to a guilty verdict here. rudy def has some issues but this has all the makings of being exposed as largely accusations so wildly dishonest or exaggerated they'll make christine blasey ford blush.

see @dbjork6317 post above. She apparently recorded conversations and was given full access to his emails. She may be bringing receipts.

As I said in my previous post, I do agree it’s strange that she took the job under such nebulous terms and that even based on the complaint he began initiating sex with her almost the very day she was hired yet she stuck around for a while.

I think Rudy’s attorney will attempt to paint this as a consensual sexual relationship and they may be successful at it.

In the complaint she claims that he would take advantage of her while she was drunk and forcibly had sex with her even as she said no.

Even when taking into account that the complaint is designed to tell only her side, however, there does seems to actually be documentation that this was a quid pro quo in exchange for legal services, which is certainly a violation of the bar though I’m not sure if it’s criminal. Allowing her access to privileged documents could also be very problematic for Rudy.

I can’t speak to what you’re referring to in terms of accusations against exes, but the legal situation Rudy was helping her with did center around domestic violence and I think they certainly do have a case to show that Rudy knowingly targeted someone who was a victim of domestic violence, took advantage of her expensive legal situation, and then leveraged his reputation to string her along for a large salary that he never intended on paying - all solely so that he could have sex with her and knew that because she was beholden to him for legal services and a livelihood, he could do so successfully.

Why she stayed, and at what point that crosses over from sexual harassment/abuse to a consensual arrangement, I’m not sure. but there’s definitely a case here where they can show more likely than not that Rudy abused her.

At the very, very least it does seem she has a bunch of very embarrassing recordings and documents relating to Rudy, and I can’t imagine that there would be anything good for Rudy that could come out of an extensive period of discovery.

She also seems to have evidence that he was hiding money from his wife during their divorce proceedings. Whether or not that amounts to fraud on his part, I don’t know, but I wouldn’t think it would be a positive thing for his ex wife to learn that he had other money that she wasn’t aware of when they finalized their divorce.

It's amazing how fast you guys will go all in on something like this but you are blind and do not care about what Biden has been proven to have done. There is no way in hell that pardons were sold imo.

You have immediately made up your mind that pardons weren't sold. That's pretty fast.

There's a process here. I have no idea whether he did any of the things he's been accused of by this person. That's what the whole point is. They'll now attempt to figure out if any of this is true, and if it is he'll be found guilty, or liable, or both, by a jury of his peers. That's the essence of the our court system, would you agree?

Even if it never goes to court, the whole thing is just.. weird. I used to have a lot of respect for rudy, even when our politics differed.

Oh no question. Rudy's reputation is already shit as far as I'm concerned. Guilty or liable verdicts here would just seal his fate as having perhaps the biggest fall from glory in this country's political history.

The dude was America's mayor, and rightfully so, after 9/11. I remember thinking I might even vote for him if he ever ran. That was my confused republican phase that from 2000 through the invasion of Iraq.

In hindsight, the cousin ****ing should have tipped people off that he was not one to invest your trust in.
