I can live with the presidential election and the country can survive any president, it’s proven it.
But I do not think my car can survive. I am going to have to buy a Jeep Wrangler to navigate Greenville County Road after we became the only county to vote down a penny tax. Even when it’s obvious to everybody that Greenville does not get enough money from the state gas tax to make even a dent in our county road needs.

Yeah. But I lived in York Co when it passed and did great things.
I just don’t know how it gets fixed here.
It would have passed in a non- presidential year. But I doubt it makes the ballot giving the new county council. Tax is such a dirty word here, even with crumbling county roads.
