Grocery cost question

Oh no, both will happen. Inflation will come down, and so will grocery prices.

CPI will be gauge for inflation and I’m sure you have noted that it was at about 3.5% for the last year and reached a high of 9% under Joe Biden

What is your preferred measuring stick for grocery prices? put them in this thread so we can come back and revisit it one year from now.
Why are you still in this thread. As OP I've told you to stay out.

Down means down, not under a ROI we already have. If you want to keep a spreadsheet of prices in different food categories, knock yourself out but since we know you're not one to be completely trusted, if those numbers start to look shady, we expect you to have corroborating evidence...like a screen shot of price tags perhaps.
No, how about an economic gauge.

Are you telling me you have been bitching about grocery prices for a year now but don’t even know how to measure the prices ?

LOL, so the goalposts have moved from lowering prices to keeping inflation under 5%, where it's been for a couple years now?
Trump will be graded at the mid terms. He is going to do his thing for the next 2 years and lets see what happens.

They won’t put a metric out there to measure grocery prices because they don’t like accountability. One year from now grocery prices will be lower.

Joe has been ****ing it up for 4 years.

Trump has been in office 2 days and I already saw BOGO deals at the grocery store. They are already lower
WOWZA! I haven't seen those in a long time - except every time I've been in the grocery store the last few years.........

What is your measure for grocery prices.

Put the starting point so we can come back and see if they go up or down.

What’s your starting point?

Shouldn't the administration, who was elected with the mandate to lower prices, establish that metric now?
Are you saying the administration who largely lost on high grocery prices didnt have a way to measure them?
