Why would he cooperate? He didn't do anything wrong. Which is what Tapper at CNN just told the world post report.
Durham also said there was nothing nefarious about the launch of the investigation but now you're whining about investigators not cooperating in regards to an investigation where the main witness wouldn't cooperate? You can just as easily say they did nothing wrong either.

No, the Durham report crapped all over the investigation citing there was no actual evidence to even begin an investigation but the question isn't why the investigation started, it's why it was allowed to continue for years when it was built on lies and not a shred of factual evidence.
It was a state lead Coup against a presidential candidate and eventually sitting US president.

Given the special treatment Hilary's campaign and foundation received, perhaps this was always a distraction to hide from the ridiculous amounts of dark, foreign dollars pouring into her campaign and foundation.
