First subpoenas provide roadmap to investigation, with a heavy focus on John Doe witness and nonprofit funding.

Georgia investigators have signaled their focus in a wide-ranging investigation into alleged illegal ballot trafficking during the 2020 election with subpoenas that target the possible source of funding for such an operation and any eyewitness participants.
The four subpoenas obtained Monday by Just the News through an open records request show the State Elections Board and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger want the identity of any suspected participants in ballot harvesting, including a whistleblower identified only as John Doe who an election watchdog claims admitted to gathering ballots for cash.
The document demands were delivered late last week to the election integrity watchdog True the Vote, its founder Catherine Engelbrecht, and its researchers from a company called OPSEC Group LLC. They sought evidence that backs up the group's complaint last November alleging that as many as 242 people illegally gathered third-party ballots during the battleground state's November 2020 election and subsequent U.S. Senate races.
The subpoenas ask for "the identity and contact information of the several individuals regarding personal knowledge, methods, and organizations involved in ballot trafficking in Georgia referenced in the Complaint and any recordings, transcripts, summaries, testimony, statements, witness interviews, notes or other documents describing what those individuals said."
That request includes the identity of a whistleblower Engelbrecht's group interviewed who admitted being paid $10 for ballots he collected and "all statements John Doe made regarding his alleged participation in ballot harvesting in Georgia." The subpoena also seeks contact information for John Doe's mother and any evidence of whether True the Vote paid any of his medical bills.

Engelbrecht said Monday night she was consulting with her lawyers concerning the subpoena.
"I can confirm that Secretary Raffensperger is actively investigating allegations of ballot trafficking and voter abuse," she told Just the News. "The issues his team is tackling are both massive and complex, and investigations like this will take time."
The subpoenas, signed by acting State Elections Board Chairman Matt Mashburn, also target any information the group and its researchers have about the funding streams for the alleged ballot harvesting scheme.
They seek the identities of the "network of non-governmental organizations that worked together to facilitate a ballot trafficking scheme in Georgia" as well as any information about 10 "hubs" the group alleged coordinated the ballot trafficking.
Ballot harvesting, the act of gathering other voter's ballots, is expressly prohibited in Georgia and many other key election states. On Monday, a new complaint was filed in Green Bay, Wisc., alleging such harvesting occurred in that state's primary election earlier this month.
The escalation of the Georgia probe, which had been delayed months while the elections board changed personnel, comes as Raffensperger is locked in a tight primary election with Trump-backed challenger Jody Hice and conservative filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza is poised to release "2,000 Mules," which highlights True the Vote's evidence in a documentary about widespread ballot trafficking in swing states in the 2020 election.
Raffensperger originally disclosed the existence of the Georgia harvesting investigation in a January interview with Just the News. In 2019, he led an effort to ensure state law expressly prohibited harvesting, and he told Just the News he believes the probe could lead to criminal charges and the identity of the funding streams for the alleged operation.
Raffensperger is now pushing for a nationwide ban on ballot harvesting.
Even officials critical of Raffensperger's tenure as Georgia's election chief are supportive of the probe, saying the mass expansion of mail-in votes in 2020 that drove a nearly 1 million-vote increase in Georgia deserves more scrutiny.
"We had a 20%, 25% uptick in the total number of votes cast in this past election," U.S. Rep. Austin Scott (R-Ga.) told Just the News. "And so one of the things that came about from that is that you look at a Barack Obama, who got 85,000 absentee ballots, Hillary Clinton got about 100,000, Stacey Abrams got 135,000, and Joe Biden gets 850,000 absentee ballots. And so I think that anybody who would look at those numbers would reasonably agree that we need to know who's voting in these elections."
As for Democrats clamoring to end such inquiries, Scott said: "If they didn't cheat, they shouldn't be worried about the next election."

If the legally issued ballot meaning it was mailed to an address with a registered voters name on it is then submitted by a 3rd party then its illegal and would not legally be countable. The mules are fleecing old folks homes and any other avenue they can and then fill them out as directed and drop them in the box. That my friend is illegal and the ballot would be voided. We had ballots that we did not request mailed to us that we destroyed and put in the trash. How many ballots were just stolen and filled out? Who could have been tipped off on when ballots would be delivered to mail boxes in certain areas.

This is an official investigation now even though I still think Raffenspuke is trying to take it over to then cover it up and make it disappear.

The evidence is mounting my GA friend.

I think you are misinterpreting. She is not making a definitive statement either way. She is stating that a legally issued ballot can be cast in an illegal manner. The woman and her organization are clearing stating in an overall fashion that massive and organized election fraud took place and I think you know that.

If you are centrist democrat like a lot of your statements infer then I think you are and will continue to be interested in our electoral system being honest and free of fraud so careful inspection of any charges will be in everyones interest.

You and I both agree that under current GA laws, ballot trafficking is illegal, and anyone guilty of it should be held accountable.

So why is True the Vote protecting the identity of someone who has confessed to committing this crime?

Good question and I do not know for a fact why. My guess is it has a lot to do with distrust of Raffensberger. The subpoena though is going to compel cooperation. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Georgia elections chief hints at organized effort behind ballot harvesting, registering noncitizens

"What I found is we had 1,634 that were never put on the voter rolls, they were in the pending status, because they couldn't prove their citizenship," said Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said his office is investigating ballot harvesting and the registration of noncitizens to vote, both of which he suggests may have been orchestrated by third-party organizations.
His office did a citizenship audit of Georgia's voter rolls and found more than 1,600 noncitizens who tried registering to vote, Raffensperger told the John Solomon Reports podcast Tuesday.
"[W]hat I found is we had 1,634 that were never put on the voter rolls, they were in the pending status, because they couldn't prove their citizenship," he explained. "That's a felony in Georgia to even attempt to register if you're a noncitizen. And that's a one to 10-year prison term, and up to a $100,000 fine."

Raffensperger said his office sent the information they found to the state attorney general and local district attorneys, who will interview those who couldn't prove their citizenship and ask them: "Did you do this on your own free will? Or were you put up by it by some third-party organization?"
Through these investigations, Raffensperger said, that they will find out if there is "an organization that's been really attempting to get noncitizens on the voter rolls in Georgia."
He noted that his office is currently defending state law that requires ID and citizenship checks for voters against Stacey Abrams' Fair Fight Action, Inc. group, which is suing Georgia, claiming that the law violates the U.S. Constitution and the Voting Rights Act.
"[W]hen Stacey Abrams ran for governor four years ago, she talked about the blue wave," Raffensperger recalled, "and she said, 'That's the people who are documented and undocumented,' i.e., that means the noncitizens ... she wanted them to be able to vote in our elections, and absolutely not. I've been pushing back on that. I think that's an incredibly critical issue, not just for us here in Georgia, but for the entire country. Only American citizens should vote."
The secretary of state also addressed ballot harvesting, explaining how it can lead to voters being coerced to cast their ballots for certain candidates.
"I think that we want people to freely express their choice when they vote, but you can end up with that whole process of voter coercion," Raffensperger said. "Next thing you know, that's someone that owns a company, he's actually trying to coerce people and who they should vote for. Or if you're in a union situation, then the union boss is coercing you and who to vote.
"We want people to make that free will decision because when people make that free will decision, then their voice is really truly heard. And so that's why it's very important. We want people to vote without any attempt of coercion. That's why we also have that ban in polling locations. Within 150 feet, you can't come in there and start politicking. Let people make their own choice of who they want to vote for, leave them alone at local polling precincts."
Raffensperger mentioned his office's investigation into ballot harvesting during the 2020 election in Georgia. As with noncitizen voting, they are looking into background organizational support, specifically who paid the harvesters and how much.
"[W]e're going to follow that all the way," he vowed. "And you have to, as they say, 'follow the money.' And we're gonna get to the bottom of it, and we're gonna prosecute."
He later added, "We want to find out what organization has been behind this."
True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht, whose organization's complaint led to Raffensperger's investigation into the ballot harvesting, told "Just the News, Not Noise" TV show cohosts John Solomon and Amanda Head on Tuesday that ballot harvesting has been the norm for a long time in many communities.
"I think the saddest thing for me in this now 15-months-plus-investigation that we've been pursuing is talking to people in and around involved in this effort, in this problem that we face, and recognizing that so many of them who are involved don't even see this as being a problem, because it's happened for so long in so many communities — they prey upon weak and vulnerable communities.
"So that's why we really prefer the term 'ballot trafficking' over 'ballot harvesting.' And we're focusing on voter abuse, because that's what's happening here. This is an abuse of a process that has to be stopped."
Engelbrecht said that in the counties where True the Vote has focused its ballot harvesting investigations — such as Fulton County in Georgia, Milwaukee County in Wisconsin, Wayne County in Michigan, Maricopa and Yuma counties in Arizona, and Philadelphia County in Pennsylvania — they have have uncovered "disturbingly consistent" patterns.
"I think that Secretary Raffensperger is right when he says there's a secret hand that had its reach into all of these processes," she said, referring to Raffensperger's suggestion that there are third-party organizations behind this.
Gina Swoboda, Executive Director of Voter Reference Foundation, told the John Solomon Reports podcast on Tuesday that outdated voter rolls, ballot drop boxes, ballot harvesting, and noncitizens voting are all detrimental to election integrity.
"So we have a couple of issues where absentee balloting ... because they're generated off of our lists that are not as clean as they otherwise could be, there are ballots being issued, the chain of custody gets broken," Swoboda said. "We have drop boxes that, in my personal opinion, are unsecured, scattered throughout the country, and this leads to issues."
"f you have unsecure drop boxes that are not under surveillance," she later added, "that are not manned live-time by two poll workers of two different parties ... then really your ballots are not secure. You don't have meaningful chain of custody, and you can't guarantee the results of an election to the confidence of the public."

Some people who are ineligible to vote tried to register but couldn’t because they weren’t citizens. You’ve got them now!

“2000 Mules” investigator Gregg Phillips joined Emerald Robinson on Absolute Truth on Thursday to discuss the historic documentary that reveals the organized ballot trafficking operations in the 2020 election behind the stolen election.
During the interview, Gregg Phillips revealed how the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger are harassing the True the Vote investigators to get at their informants.
Phillips says he will never turn over his sources and that “somebody’s going to get killed” because of the actions by these state agencies.

TRENDING: UPDATE: Church Shooting in Southern California; Four Critically Wounded, One Fatality; Police: One Person Detained, Weapon Recovered

Here is the transcript from the interview with Gregg Phillips: “A handful of days before the movie was released they (GBI) reached out to us with subpoena’s. Not about our complaints (the Mules), but trying to get me to turn over my sources and the witnesses who came forward. The witnesses came forward with a commitment from me that I would never burn them, but also with the expectation they would never be burned. This is a very very dangerous escalation. I believe that someone is going to get killed if they are not careful. These people are stupid…. The investigator (GBI) himself, and the people who fashioned this subpoena, are going to get someone killed. They don’t understand what their dealing with. I’m not going to reveal the source. I don’t care what they do. They can cuff me, I’m not revealing the sources.”

Again, an organization that is aiding and protecting a confessed criminal just wants you to take their word for everything they claim. Strong position.

And a yuge LOL at you referencing the Lone Raccoon. Well done.
You can frame it anyway you want. There is solid circumstantial evidence of what is stated.
