Hold up on the diatribe dude because I made it clear that I wasn't advocating for it, I was just answering your question. And lol at "making sure they can vote" because that's definitely not something I or anyone I know supports, but for the record, it wouldn't ensure a Democrat vote anyway as almost 50% of male Latinos voted for Trump last year.

They’re working and paying taxes but not paying for their healthcare. Right. You know how that would work? FTR, there are many states besides California, including red state Utah, who also cover immigrants regardless of status:
