CNN would be deemed far left on that chart but who gets to decide that? You'd argue they aren't, I'd argue they are......we disagree because we have bias.
But who gets to decide if it's garbage? That's the part that baffles me. What you're really saying is that you don't agree with the article so rather than actually debate on your own merit, it's easier to discredit the entire site. You could arrive at the same conclusion just watching the videos, you don't even need to read the article.
You strike me as the type of guy that would flag someone as racist if they suggested that it might be possible that Floyd overdosed or someone as a right wing extremist if they said they didn't think masks worked, or that kids shouldn't be allowed to chop their weiners off without parental consent. What you're really saying to us is you don't have the ability to formulate your own thoughts via inference or deductive reasoning, which is what I'd expect from someone in your tax bracket.

There's a lot of hyperbole in this paragraph, but the bolded is probably the most absurd. This talking point has been making its way around RW circles and it's factually UNTRUE, yet people keep spreading it. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. There is a lengthy process involved in gender affirming surgery. You need to have parental consent, and you need to spend 6+months going through interviews and meetings with psychiatrists before you can even be considered for it. I know all this because I have acquaintances that have gone through with it. Spreading lies on a message board as a "gotcha" is some weak nonsense that I'd expect from Growls/Fastball/etc, but you're better than that.
A simple google search would show that this is actively being pushed in several states.

Judge Amit Mehta, who not only refused to dismiss 1512c2 in J6 cases but also concluded it was a crime of domestic terrorism, has foot-dragged sentencing of Tom Caldwell, a 65-year-old disabled and decorated Navy vet on Jan 6 accused of no violence.
Caldwell was convicted of 1512c2 by a DC jury in Nov 2022. Mehta delayed sentencing Caldwell on numerous occasions presumably to see whether SCOTUS would grant cert in 1512c2 matter--which it did on Thursday.
Caldwell's lawyers now asking to hold off his sentencing until SCOTUS issues a decision. DC US Atty Matthew Graves, who wants Caldwell to die in prison, opposes the request.
Caldwell has no criminal record and did not enter the building on Jan 6. Nonetheless, he is one of dozens of J6ers with no other accompanying violent crime who spent time behind bars under pretrial detention orders sought by DOJ.
Dozens of J6ers have been sentenced to prison time on jury convictions/plea deals for 1512c2. Dozens more awaiting sentencing or settlement of the charge.
If SCOTUS determines DOJ intentionally misapplied the statute, GOP leaders must demand resignations and retirements at DOJ--especially DC US Attys office--and federal judges in Washington who enabled this prosecutorial abuse.
A reckoning will be necessary.

We need investigations into the actions of Yogananda Pittman (who led the J6 set-up) and J Thomas Manger (who is arguably the most corrupt politician in the country and the leader of the J6 cover-up).
