Joe Rogan goes off about events in Ukraine

Ukrainian bot still spreading Ukrainian propaganda like a true Nazi. His hero Goebbels would be so proud of him. These coward warmongers want us in WW3 so bad but refuse to go and volunteer to help fight for Ukraine. Why not if they believe in that cause so badly. But no, they are cowards and sit back here in safety and push for WW3 when they have no skin in the game. Fuk all you coward warmongers. No surprise they love the Cheney's now...

Come to the negotiation table? What negotiation table?

If Mexico invaded Texas to try and take it back, Would we say we should go the negotiation table?
War should be the last resort after negotiations have failed. Again one just cant ignore how we got there to start with. Just like when the USSR was going to put missiles in Cuba we were ready to start WW3 if they did. Russia is in the same boat now...

Russia literally invaded Ukraine. Were they just supposed to be like “aww c’mon guys pretty please turn around and go back”

Every Ukrainian I know would rather go fight Putin and communism and die doing it. They don’t want to be communist. They’ll fight and die for that. There is no negotiating that. If Russia walks away they’ll stop fighting. This ends when the invasion of their sovereign land stops. End of negotiation.

Which begs the question why are you ok with communism increasing and Putin a power increasing? Are you pro communist? Is that what you want for the world?

False narrative put out by you. Most of the people of Ukraine voted for a pro-Moscow Government that the west didn't like and backed a coup to throw out the elected government for a pro-west puppet regime. Im anti-communist and its clear you have zero idea about Ukraine and have never been there. I doubt you could find it on a globe...

If we were utterly dependent on foreign aid to sustain a war of attrition against a larger Mexican army while potentially ruining the demographics of our country forever, yes.

The moral edge doesn’t count for much. Ukraine has fought hard and well, but the expectation went from, “well maybe they can hold on and fight a guerrilla war” to “they’re going to retake Crimea and march on Moscow!!!” That’s propaganda for you

Hundreds of thousands of fighting age men have fled the country, and there is more or less no resistance from the local population in the areas now under Russian control.

Of course there are many Ukrainians who will fight and die for their country, but there are a lot of them, particularly in the east of the country, that won’t be particularly bothered either way as long as the war ends.

It’s wrong to paint the entirety of Ukraine as this anti-Russian monolith.

People should look at their electoral map from 2010. I won’t go as far as you, but at the bare minimum, people who want to totally separate the connection between Russia and a huge part of Ukraine’s population are delusional. Very delusional.

There’s not going to be some happily united Ukraine in the event that our tens of billions of dollars of defense industry subsidies achieve the desired result of many dead Russians and Ukrainians.

That’s the exact opposite of what happened with the Maidan revolution and is in reality a pretty twisted Orwellian new-speak account of events.

Ukraine spent nearly a decade working towards normalization and trade relations with the EU, the conditions of which mostly dealt with correcting the lingering Soviet economic corruption and political persecution. After Russia imposed sanctions and Putin threatened to invade Crimea and the Donbas if the agreement with the EU was signed, Yanukovych backed away from it, used state security forces to kill protestors demonstrating against the decision, and was removed from power by the elected parliament.

In American terms, this would be like Mexico invading Texas because the US signed a trade agreement with Canada that didn’t include them, justifying it due to the proportion of “ethnic Mexicans” in Texas, a US president being impeacjed, convicted, and removed by Congress for acceding to Mexico’s demands, and then Mexico claiming that said president was removed via coup/color revolution.

Every aspect of this misrepresentation is word for word ripped from the Cold War KGB playbook and its deeply ironic to see people who count Ronald Reagan in their political genealogy gobble that khuy so eagerly.

This will go nowhere with him, but I appreciate the breakdown.
