Somehow you think this is a one-sided issue where Republicans are opposed to abortion and Democrats are for it, when the majority of All Americans believe it should be safe and legal. And here's a little secret, NO ONE thinks abortion at 34 weeks is acceptable except under extreme circumstances that involve the health of the mother or a fetal abnormality that shows the child will die soon after birth.
That's why Democrats want it to be legal in those circumstances so that the mother has a chance at life and/or the ability to have more children in the future. Many red states would force her to have that child regardless of the circumstances and would even put the doctor in jail for murder. If you can't see past your extreme partisan views to understand why that's necessary, you are the one who doesn't value life.
