We’re in the process of renovating our outdoor living area. We already have a huge stone patio area but the deck above it is old and needs to be replaced.
So we’re looking at a new/bigger deck with a dry below that includes outdoor fireplace, TV, counter tops/grill and flat top space. Also working on a pool at the same time (preemptive thanks for all of those that will say this is a waste).
My goal is to be able to enjoy being outside year round - pool for summer, fire place for fall/winter college football weather.
I’m curious from those that have gone through this process if any of my TI brethren can share lessons learned from similar projects?
