He wants to allow raw milk to be sold since pasteurization is the worst thing to happen to food safety since hand washing. A benefit of this is the spread of bird flu and other infectious disease to those who drink milk most, children.

Lastly, he wants to eliminate vaccines and bring back the age of pandemics with polio (that kills you, and if it doesn’t it causes permanent nerve damage), mumps (sterilizes you, although one could certainly argue that all the MAGA QAnon dumbasses having their children be sterilized as a consequence of their parents’ stupidity would be the greatest testament to the power of natural selection persisting in a modern age of medicine), and measles (kills children).

Far East, Orient , Indonesia, Australia and he was doing backpacking and hosteling talking to many people doing the same

Many people are being denied entry to the US meeting all the rules while illegal immigrants breaking all the rules are welcomed in and paid to be here
