Trying to buy a home for my daughter and her family with limited funds. The seller is doing for sell by owner to save from realtor cost. I know that’s some on here’s profession but I need to save her some money. I need someone to draw a contract for the sell and a lawyer to seal the deal. I always let a realtor handle my real estate deals but this time I need to cut the cost to get them in a mortgage they can afford. I don’t mind paying but the more I can save the more I will put down for them. Any advise is appreciated.
