Who is Smoking/Grilling for Thanksgiving, or the weekend after?


Turkey for the in-laws getting ready to go in the Brine. My immediate relatives will be having Smoked Turkey from the New Braunfels Smokehouse in Texas (my brother-in-law insists on it every year). I'll warm it up slowly on the smoker.


My brother-in-law is a pain in the ass.
