The smoke in my neighborhood will not be from the Upstate SC Wildfires. Breaks my heart to see the destruction of such beautiful land.



But I've got the chimney starter loaded up with Kingsford and chunks of cherry wood.

Cooking a Wagyu Ribeye from Snake River Farms, seasoned and resting on a cooling rack in the fridge-a-lator.

Salad and creamed corn on the side.






Just me? Or is anyone else channeling their inner cave man tonight?
